20世纪90年代以来,国际教师教育主体开始由大学主导向大学-政府-中小学(“U-G-S”)一体化模式转变。尽管各国推行的“U-G-S”政策措施不尽相同,但本研究发现这种教师教育模式总体呈现以下特点:教师教育课程从“理论主导”转向“临床实践+大学支持”模式;管理方面强调“U-G-S”三方合理建立实践导向的教师教育体系;具体措施主要以政策+资金驱动“U-G-S”三方合作;重视数字技术整合与AI赋能的“U-G-S”三方合作平台。在立足我国国情和教育发展成就基础上,借鉴国际经验深化我国“U-G-S”教师教育一体化建设,推进大学与中小学合作,加强实践导向教学,创新教师教育政策与资金支持方式,加速建设基于新技术的合作平台。
