目的  探讨基于创新扩散理论的循证护理干预对青少年正畸患者的影响。方法  选取 2025 年 3月至 2025 年 6 月在贵阳市口腔医院接受正畸的 80 例青少年患者为研究对象，随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各 40 例。对照组采用常规护理干预，观察组应用基于创新扩散理论的循证护理干预方法。对比两组患者的牙菌斑指数（PLI）、牙龈指数（GI）、口腔保健自我效能量表（SESS）及口腔健康影响程度量表 -14（OHIP-14）。结果  干预前，两组患者的 PLI、GI、SESS 和 OHIP-14 评分比较，差异均无统计学意义（P ＞ 0.05）。干预后， 观察组的 PLI 得分（2.45±0.58）分低于干预前（2.71±0.77）分；观察组的牙龈病变程度低于对照组，正常牙龈占比高于对照组，达到 57.5%，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）；观察组 SESS 得分（55.35±5.58）分高于对照组（45.35±9.05）分；OHIP-14 评分观察组（24.93±4.77）分低于对照组（26.70±3.62）分，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。结论  应用基于创新扩散理论的循证护理干预可显著改善固定正畸患者的牙周健康状况，提升其口腔保健自我效能水平，并提高口腔健康相关生活质量。
