国际商事仲裁作为解决跨国商事争议的重要机制，其法律适用问题直接影响裁决的确定性和可执行性。本文以《联合国国际货物销售合同公约》（CISG）为研究对象，系统探讨其在仲裁实践中的适用问题。通过梳理国际商事仲裁中的实体法律体系，分析不同法律渊源的效力位阶及适用特点；从法理和实务两个层面论证CISG适用于国际商事仲裁的正当性及实践价值；探讨CISG在国际商事仲裁中的适用路径及排除机制，总结影响其适用的关键因素；最后，结合中国实践，指出现阶段对CISG适用不足的问题并提出促进其适用的具体建议，旨在优化我国国际商事仲裁法律适用实践，提升我国仲裁国际竞争力。
