随着全球数字化进程的加速,数字技术日益成为重塑社会经济结构的关键驱动力。基于数字不平等理论,运用国际电信联盟(ITU)及世界银行的多维度数据,系统考察了非洲女性在互联网接入与数字技能应用方面面临的现实挑战。通过构建“个体、家庭、社会、制度”四维分析框架,深入揭示制约非洲数字素养提升的复合性影响因素。研究发现,极端贫困导致的资源约束、家庭生计策略的现实选择、公共服务供给的结构性盲区以及数字基础设施的区域失衡,共同构筑了非洲数字鸿沟的复杂图景。
