职业倦怠表现为情感衰竭、去人格化和成就感降低，本研究以案例分析法探讨电影治疗的干预效果，结合相关理论分析，发现其宣泄情绪和行为建模缓解倦怠的机制。研究发现，电影治疗能帮助个体重构职业认知、释放负面情绪，习得适应性应对策略，为职业倦怠干预提供了新路径。
